Terms of Service
Last updated 29 July 2026
We've written this in plain English on purpose. These terms cover how you use this website and what you can expect when you contact us. The specific details of any repair — price, scope, and timeline — live on your written estimate and work order, and those documents take precedence over anything on this page.
Who we are
Valet Auto Group operates a network of automotive service brands: Hail Valet (paintless hail repair), ADAS Valet (mobile calibration), Estimate Valet (remote estimating), and Body Shop Services (our partner program). When this page says "we" or "us," it means Valet Auto Group and those brands.
Using this website
- You're welcome to browse, read, and share anything on this site.
- Please don't try to break, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site or the people using it.
- The text, images, logos, and brand marks on this site belong to us. Don't reuse them commercially without asking first.
- We may update the content on this site at any time. If prices or process details change, the version on your written estimate is the one that governs your job.
Estimates and quotes
Any figure we give you before we've physically inspected the vehicle is an estimate, not a fixed price. Hail damage in particular can hide dents that only show up under proper lighting.
If we find additional damage once work has started, we stop and talk to you before doing anything that changes the cost. You will not receive a surprise invoice from us. Where an insurance claim is involved, the final approved amount is ultimately set by your insurer, and we'll walk you through what they've approved.
Our repair guarantee
We guarantee our paintless dent repair workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. If a dent we repaired reappears because of how we did the work, bring the vehicle back and we'll correct it at no charge.
In fairness, that guarantee covers our workmanship — not new damage, not a later storm, not another shop's work on the same panel, and not normal wear. For calibration work, we guarantee that the calibration was performed and documented to the manufacturer's procedure at the time of service.
Insurance claims
We'll document your damage properly and deal with your adjuster so you don't have to chase paperwork. What we can't do is decide your claim — that is your insurer's call. We don't work for your insurance company, and we won't tell you a claim will be approved when we don't know that. We also won't inflate documentation to inflate a claim; that hurts you more than it helps.
Partner shops and business services
If you use our calibration, estimating, or partner services as a business, the commercial terms are set out in your service agreement or on each work order. Our partner program has no long-term contract and no minimum volume — you can stop sending us work at any time, and we'll invoice only for work already completed.
Limits on our responsibility
We stand behind our own work as described above. We're not responsible for things outside our control — weather, your insurer's decisions, parts availability, or work performed by another shop. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any single job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Accessibility
We want this site usable by everyone, including people using screen readers or keyboard navigation. If something on this site is hard to use, tell us at hello@valetautogroup.com and we'll fix it and help you directly in the meantime.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we ever have a disagreement, our strong preference is to sort it out with a phone call before anyone involves lawyers — call us and ask for a manager.
Questions about any of this
If anything here is unclear, ask us. A plain answer costs us nothing.
